The best thing to do is to link onto the international charter, that explains everything. Then if you think you can live with the stipulations put forth in the international charter. Watch the boards see where we're meeting and come up and hang out for a while. We need to know you well before we just pass out a patch. This is a little like a "prospect" period, but you won't be told about it we get to know you. We'll discuss it amongst ourselves... If you get in you'll recieve a patch at the next big event. If you don't, don't worry it doesn't mean we don't "like" or don't want to hang out w/ you. It simplt means that for some reason we didn't believe you were Ton-UP Int'l material.

 Oh yeah, it never hurts to let us know your interested in a patch. We have a lot of poeple who like to be around but don't nessecarily want to be a patch carrying member.
